Performance Management Specialist (General Practice) - Wellington Road Family Practice

Job summary Wellington Road Family Practice is a community-focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Performance Management Specialist to help drive our practices efficiency and ensure optimal performance in line with contractual and clinical targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, IT systems, and healthcare performance management. Working hours are 15 hours per week - with some elements of remote working. Main duties of the job As the Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring, reporting, and analysing the core performance of Wellington Road Family Practice. You will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our contractual obligations (including QOF, IIF, LES/DES) through effective data collection and reporting processes. GP Collaborative Board Clinical Lead - One Care

This is an exciting opportunity for suitably experienced and dynamic individuals to join the GP Collaborative (GPCB) team as GPCB clinical leads to strengthen and lead on overall goals and objectives of the general practice strategy. These posts will support the GPCB’s clinical engagement and clinical voice in key Integrated Care System (ICS) discussions around key system and general practice priorities, focused on urgent care. Each clinical lead role will lead on at least one clinical area, deputise for at least another clinical area, while having the flexibility to respond to emerging and ad hoc priorities. This post will lead on urgent care. The GPCB clinical leads will provide a clinical leadership role for the GPCB, which will involve representation of general practice at system-level conversations and support for GP locality boards within ICPs when appropriate.

This will include consultation with patients who have reached a range of dispositions from 111 including primary care (1 ,2 -,6 -,12- and 24-hour timescales), 999, Emergency Department and Emergency Treatment Centre as well as those who present to practices with routine or urgent needs. BrisDoc practice services specialise in providing high quality and accessible health care tovulnerable, marginalised and excluded groups. Clinicians will need to be focused on improving health inclusion and removing barriers to holistic healthcare.
