Care Navigator/Administrator - Sea Mills Surgery

Sea Mills are looking for a friendly, professional, experienced receptionist/care navigator to join our welcoming, professional and supportive clinical team of Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and HCAs and administrators delivering clinical care and support to our patients and each other.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person to join our team providing patient centred care in a forward thinking practice within a traditional family surgery environment. Our friendly team is based within the heart of the community at Sea Mills Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join Sea Mills in a pivotal role within our team.

You are:

Confident, articulate with experience of working within General Practice, you understand EMIS, ideally with a working knowledge of prescription administration, coding, and Docman, Arden’s is highly favoured. You are understanding of the demands on Primary Care and empathetic with patient’s needs; you are flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.

Hours of work:

Full time 37 hours per week on a shift pattern 07.45 - 19.15 Monday to Friday

Sea Mills surgery is a vibrant training practice comprising of a supportive team of seven doctors (Three partners) Three nurses and two Health Care Assistants working along-side a committed friendly admin and reception team providing care for 7,800 patients. We are actively engaged within the Affinity Primary Care Network
