GP (3-month locum) - East Trees Health Centre

East trees health centre is seeking a 3-month locum to cover sick leave from October -December

• 4sessions a week to include Mondays but not Fridays
• No duty GP- we don't believe in the model
• 24 patient contacts a day reduced to 22 if there is a home visit
• Usual GP lists for continuity of care
• Reduced workflow as our support staff deal with most documents
• GP 'buddies' to cover your absences
