Sea Mills are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse, to join our welcoming and professional team delivering chronic disease management, health education and treatment room services including wound management, cervical cytology and immunisations. Our team are passionate for supporting patients to be healthy, utilising your skills in health prevention, screening and early management of long-term health conditions.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience within a primary care setting and enjoy the diversity of working within a friendly family training practice, continuously striving to deliver quality, viable and safe services.
Working within our supportive clinical team of Doctors, Nurses and HCAs to provide outstanding care and support to Sea Mills 7600 patients ranging in age from 0-100+
The successful candidate will be NMC registered with highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work confidently alone and very much a team player.
Hours and salary negotiable (Agenda for Change band 5/6 dependant on skills and experience), opportunity to continue or join the NHS Pension Scheme, child care voucher scheme, 25 days holiday plus pro rata bank holiday allowance.
